Admission Requirements:

• Students must meet the minimum application and admission requirements specified in paragraph 9 of Article 10 of the Gaziantep University Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations for admission to master’s degree with thesis,

• Bachelor's degree;

  • IN FIELD: Graduates of the Faculty of Political Sciences, graduates of all departments of the Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Economics, graduates of the Department of Public Relations, graduates of the Police School and Military Academy, graduates of the Faculty of Law

  • OUT OF FIELD: Graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (provided that the Preparatory Program is applied), graduates of the Faculty of Education (provided that the Preparatory Program is applied), graduates of the Faculty of Theology (provided that the Preparatory Program is applied), graduates of the Faculty of Engineering (provided that the Preparatory Program is applied), graduates of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences (provided that the Preparatory Program is applied),

• The scientific preparation program is applied to students who completed their undergraduate education outside the field.

Special Conditions:

• Students are also accepted to the program as a transfer from the Economic Law Non-Thesis Master's program. The conditions for transfer in this way are as follows.

• Students must have completed at least 8 courses in the Economic Law Non-Thesis Master's Program.

• The grade point average of the courses taken in the Non-Thesis Master's Program must be at least 3.00 (out of 4) or 80 (out of 100),

• The scientific preparation program is applied to students who have completed their undergraduate education outside the field.

Mission:

It is aimed that the students of the Master’s Program in Law of Economics with Thesis, primarily by learning the theories related to the field of economics and law, to create theoretical and practical knowledge including the ability to access and interpret information, to gain the competence to analyze economic and legal issues and to produce solutions, to have competence in academic research methods to conduct scientific research and publication.

 

Vision:

To ensure that the program is a highly preferred program among the graduate programs in the field of Law of Economic in the Universities in Turkey, with the content and quality of the education provided, the knowledge of the graduates and the ability to use this knowledge in academic and other fields.

 

II- AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

• To Ensure Integration with the European Union Graduate Education Principles and Legal Processes.

• Organize scientific activities and other events.

• To Meet the Demand for Graduate Education. To create an educational infrastructure for academic staff needs.

• Has theoretical and practical content knowledge in the field of Law of Economics.

• Recognizes and uses scientific studies in the field.

• Will be able to question the developments in legislation, judicial practice and teaching from a critical point of view, know and applies contemporary academic approaches and methods used in the field.

• Knows to conduct interdisciplinary research and study. Will be able to evaluate a specific topic systematically by using scientific sources in accordance with ethical rules.

• Will be able to analyze legal texts from a critical point of view and find solutions to complex legal problems, transforming the formation of the field into the field of application.

• Conducts scientific research for practice. Interpret and solve current and social problems. Conducts studies that require specialization in the field independently.

• Interpret and question the knowledge acquired in the field, taking into account scientific and social changes.

• Develops new approaches to solve the problems encountered in the field.

• To be able to show the reflections of the concepts and institutions of Law of Economics in other disciplines,
