Throughout human history, law has always been seen as the guarantee of establishing justice, equality, and fairness. Being a lawyer is not merely a professional title; it also entails an honorable responsibility that prioritizes protecting the rights of individuals and all living beings, strengthening social peace, and ensuring justice, all while being the conscience of society. A good lawyer must possess not only professional knowledge based on the strength of their understanding of law through a quality legal education, but also a strong sense of justice and conscientious responsibilities.
Gaziantep University Faculty of Law, with its entire faculty, possesses a well-equipped academic infrastructure that not only guides students in learning the rules of law but also teaches them to use these rules with the utmost care and internalization in the service of justice. Our faculty, guided by multifaceted educational programs aligned with the needs of the current century, prioritizes developing our students' awareness of the needs of the global world, evaluating legal issues and events with an analytical approach, and utilizing and developing their skills in honesty and fairness. We strive to cultivate virtuous legal professionals who uphold the honor of the profession.
Global developments require the law to be constantly renewed and adapt to changing conditions. In addition to existing areas of law, we encourage our students to pursue new fields and prioritize graduating well-equipped in these areas, ensuring they are well-equipped to shape not only today's world but also tomorrow's global society, with a strong sense of responsibility and ethical values. One of our goals is to develop our students as individuals who will shape not only today's world but also tomorrow's global society. At this point, every young person who chooses to study law and enters the ranks of Gaziantep Faculty of Law sees themselves as a crucial element in solving all these problems, both today and in the future.
Our Faculty of Law continues to build its own institutional traditions, aligned with the deep academic tradition of Gaziantep University, while also aiming to provide its students with a perspective based on deep learning and deepening their education through its ever-expanding, dynamic academic staff and innovative approach focused on international research.
