The annexes to the letter received from the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey regarding the "2023 Report on the Protection and Development of Human Rights" and the "2023 Report on Combating Discrimination and Equality" prepared within the scope of the National Action Plan for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2023-2025) and the "Final Declaration of the Workshop on Problems Encountered by Individuals with Disabilities While Using Complaint Mechanisms and Solution Proposals" prepared within the scope of the letter of the General Directorate of Personnel and Principles of the Secretariat General of the Presidency and the Law No. 6701 dated 6/4/2016 on the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey are below and it has been notified that the evaluations and recommendations presented in the aforementioned reports and declarations should be taken into consideration in terms of the work carried out on the issues falling within your area of responsibility.
